Choo Choo was brought to the SPCA for emergency boarding when his guardian went into the hospital. Unfortunately, his guardian was found to have a terminal illness, which meant there was no one to go back and get Choo Choo. The SPCA reached out to POMDR and told us that he was pretty depressed at the shelter and that a change of environment would help boost his spirits.
